Regarding the response to the customer, AI interacts with the customer using voice recognition, voice synthesis, and dialogue response technology, and the dialogue scenario prepared in advance, such as intermediating the operator, asking whether or not to make a call at a later date, and ending the call, is based on the dialogue scenario. We will respond in detail.
