We have introduced AmiVoice® Communication Suite, a voice recognition solution for call centers of Advanced Media, Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kiyoyuki Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as Advanced Media). The introduction of voice recognition solutions is the first attempt in the insurance direct marketing industry. (Investigated by DSG)
With the introduction of AmiVoice® Communication Suite, we will greatly improve various work efficiencies and enhance quality through voice analysis to provide high value-added services.

■ Background of introduction
DSG has established a management system called QA (Quality Assurance), and is carrying out confirmation work such as whether there are any discrepancies in communication and system registration regarding dialogue with customers who have indicated their intention to take out insurance. QA work performed while listening to the voice requires enormous man-hours as the business expands and the number of sales increases. Therefore, there is an urgent need to improve efficiency, stabilize quality, and speed up human resource development.

■ Effect of introduction
With the introduction of AmiVoice® Communication Suite, the number of Q & A processes per hour (*) has increased by 41.4%. In the future, we expect to increase efficiency by 70% or more by advancing tuning in line with DSG operations.
Furthermore, we believe that it will be possible to provide new services by utilizing AmiVoice® Communication Suite for cooperation with client companies and data analysis using DSG’s original system.

Efficiency verification result based on the number of processing cases per hour of QA work At the stage where the recognition rate, which is an index such as whether the voice is correctly converted into text, is 80%, from 2.9 cases before the introduction of AmiVoice® Communication Suite to 4.1 cases after the introduction.
